Can I get my salary/wages paid onto my card directly?
Yes, you can. It couldn’t be simpler to get your wages paid into your account, simply sign the pre printed salary mandate and hand over to your employer or payroll department. This will mean that your wages, whether you are paid daily, weekly or monthly are paid directly onto your Card Account.

How can I withdraw money? Can I use cash machines (ATMs)?
You can use your 1st Stop Prepaid MasterCard® in shops, online or over the phone and withdraw cash at any ATM that displays the MasterCard acceptance mark. Please use our ATM finder to locate your nearest ATM.

How do I check my balance on my mobile phone?
Providing we have you mobile phone number, just text 'Balance' to 60777. Call Customer Services on 0871 811 1884 (Calls cost 10p per minute from a BT landline but could be more from other networks and mobiles) to set-up this facility.
